There is much better software available with employee behavioral and productivity analysis support. Not just idle time notification, other software is capable of making charts for management to decide employee time monitoring strategy.

1. Screen recording I guess this hampers the personal database of the employee as screen capturing is very much consensual.

We can use this with the entire workforce. Login Logout time all are monitored.

At times mails stop functioning. the Ideal time pop ups at time due to a technical failure

The feature of screen activity recording is what I feel is not a good feature. As on daily basis you get the report which can help to get the understanding but screen tracking is something not favorable.
