We had to escalate the poor customer service up, which took speaking with multiple people to get resolution.

Takes multiple queries to receive a response and the response time is below par.

Bad reporting, its all in real time, you cant run historical reporting, the pto system sucks as well you cant run historical pto and balances dont always update

I believe that the rather uncomplicated ease all features are imperative to my job duties. Once i used it for a while it becomes second nature.

I'm not the purchaser so my user experience improvement ideas don't really factor in what's easy for my company to use.

The turn around time for Proliant support varies widely from a day to several months.

I do this myself outside of Proliant now but feel it may be easier to track within Proliant's system.

We made the move to Proliant at the recommendation of our accountant and my only complaint is that we didn't make the change sooner.  

Proliant is an overall efficient HRIS suite that can deliver on a budget.

Time and Labor is not synchronized with Payroll.

We have an employee start on the 16th (beginning of a new pay period).

For these reasons, I want to warn any company thinking about using them for payroll.

Our overall favorite service was the electronic onboarding feature.

I can't really think of much except waiting for weeks to hear back from the tax department when having an issue.

What I like most about Proliant is it's ease of use and how it easily integrates with our benefits package.

We are pleased to report that we currently do not have any outstanding or ongoing issues to address, and Proliant is awesome!

It can be confusing for employees, many of whom have to have one username and password for ReadyPay and a completely different username and password for NovaTime.

The one thing I would change is the ability to enter specific hours on the timesheet instead of just the total hours worked.
