What I like most is the integration of the job page being able to be linked directly to your LinkedIN to draw candidates to apply which automatically saves their details on the database

Some features take a little time to get used to, and a few areas still feel a bit buggy, especially search, but that may be because I’m still learning the deeper functions.

There is only one little bug, the green light that each candidate has to be seen by the client goes on when you click parse and assign, that should be correct it, it also happens with other buttons, the greenlight should turn on ONLY when you click on it, should not get turned on when clocking other things

The layout is clean and straightforward, which makes it simple to navigate whether you're adding candidates, managing job orders, or communicating with clients.

I would like the option to include interview or meeting notes directly within each event, as well as dropdown menus that filter options based on previous selections.

I did notice that my email disconnects if I update my password, so I'll have to remember when my password changes to sync it again.

It looked overwhelming with so many features at first, but when you get the hang of it, it's actually very beneficial for your recruitment team/firm!

What I liked the least was the look and feel in some areas; at times the navigation wasn’t very intuitive, and the overall user experience felt a bit odd.

It has a lot of features, automations, and sections that can be customized to fit our needs + the support is always on point and super helpful.

The overall functionality has been a real blessing for keeping our workflow organized, and their service and support have been excellent whenever we’ve needed help.

Good experience for candidate follow up, interviews setups, database searches using skills or tags.

For example, if I select 'Finance' in one field while speaking to a candidate, the next dropdown should display only finance-related roles rather than roles from all disciplines

The customer support is also brilliant, queries are answered very efficiently and my account manager is always happy to jump on a call when needed.

when you look at the dashboard kanban view sometimes it shows you fields you cannot drag to because it's only available for certain roles.

The only thing missing from Recruit CRM is that it doesn't yet integrate with SeekOut. But the moment I mentioned this to my Recruit rep [sensitive content hidden], he immediately asked me to connect him to my SeekOut rep to see if a collaboration is a possibility.

More thing is that the candidate's page, the resume file does not auto update to the most recent resume submitted.

The customer service team is also top-notch — responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions or customizations.

Honestly the only thing I would improve is the way in which you track opportunities under the "Deals" section.
