I love the Recruitee interface and hiring extensive features, This platform made the recruiter's life so easy to do the recruitment process seamlessly.

It has different reports for recruitment KPI tracking, calendar sync for scheduling, email templates, auto-mated email response, various access restrictions for panel interviews, etc.

Recruitee is such a fantastic platform because they are constantly improving and seeking customer feedback, allowing us to get the maximum benefit.

They haven't implemented the texting feature as they mentioned before.

Any cons are mainly related to functions that are already in progress to be improved.

The user interface of the tool is very straight forward.

Nothing mind blowing about it, but does exactly what its meant to and covers whole pipeline need for recruiting on a large scale

Recruitee seems to have been build with the end-users in mind. As such it is very intuitive and requires very little explaination to my team.

They deleted the account for all team members, the job post that we had and all the information about the applicants, while we still had the openings, so that meant we lost all follow-ups, CVs, all communications with almost 80% of the applicants, their customer service have not given a response yet, we called them, no one available, all day long, no one!

Used a trial period of this software but could get pricey based on team size.

One other drawback was that some candidates were rejected, and they were still able reapply reversing the first/last name.  

We didn’t have a dedicated account manager.
