GetApp’s ranking highlights the top 25 apps in different categories on GetApp. If an app is listed in more than one category, it has the potential to be ranked in each of these categories. Recruitee is a recruitment management tool that combines job promotion, candidate sourcing, and applicant tracking in one cloud-based platform. It comes with a clean, intuitive, drag-and-drop user interface that’s fully customizable and brandable. It allows you to create custom pages for each job opening. So you don't have to create your job descriptions from scratch, Recruitee offers a library of 200+ job description templates for various positions: accounting and finance, administration, computer/IT, customer service, education and training, engineering and construction, healthcare, human resources, marketing and PR, logistics, and many more.
Interested candidates can then apply by filling out the online application form and uploading their resumes, or by simply linking their LinkedIn or Indeed profiles with Recruitee. Visible sharing buttons let site visitors share the open job on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter in just a few clicks.
Available in 47 countries, Recruitee integrates with 800+ free and premium job boards, giving your open job maximum exposure and your company the ability to reach and attract the best possible candidates, regardless of the platform they’re using. The Recruitee Chrome and Firefox plugins allow you to easily source passive candidates from various web sources into the system. A native app for iOS devices is also available.
Recruitee keeps track of the applicant lifecycle from application to phone screening, from job offer to hiring. Its five-star rating system gives you immediate visual cues into the favorability of each application, and its nifty calendar feature automatically captures all applicant meeting and interview schedules created from within the app. It also integrates with third-party calendaring tools such as Google Calendar, iCal, and others.
Recruitee has branding capabilities that allow you to design your career site as you see fit. Custom candidate tracking workflows can be created, and files from other applicant tracking systems can be imported into the system. Other users can be invited into the platform, and roles and their corresponding access permissions can be created from the Settings page.
To send and receive emails, Recruitee lets you connect your Gmail or company email account in lieu of the default mailbox you automatically get when you sign up. Its two-way email synchronization functionality lets you send emails from anywhere - i.e., email app on your mobile phone, desktop email client, or cloud-based email - and Recruitee then syncs your incoming and outgoing candidate emails. Bulk emailing is likewise supported.
Recruitee provides the necessary tools to create a career site that speaks to your branding objectives. While most people insist that it’s the lasting impression that carries more weight, you also would like potential candidates to have a favorable first impression of your company. Turning top talent away with a career site that doesn’t look professional or is difficult to navigate isn’t a situation you’d like to find yourself in.
To reach as many potential candidates as you can, Recruitee integrates with 800+ paid and free job boards. Click on the Promote tab from the Recruitee main screen, and you’ll be taken to a page with three tabs: Free Job Boards, Premium Job Boards, and Job Links. Free job boards include Indeed.com, Trovit, Glassdoor, Jobbird.com, Eurojobs, and Internship.com. Click on the “Post a job opening” button on your chosen job board, and Recruitee will take care of the rest. Posted jobs are subject to review, and those approved are published within 24 hours.
Premium job boards include LinkedIn, Facebook, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, Stack Overflow, and CollegeRecruiter.com. Prices are listed on their corresponding boards, and discounts can range from 5% to 30%. The Job Links tab contains the link to your job ad on your career site, which you can then distribute on social media or other channels.
For passive candidate sourcing, Recruitee offers free Chrome and Firefox extensions, so you can easily forward candidate profiles from web sources such as LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Facebook, and Twitter to Recruitee.
For every candidate that applies to your open job, a Recruitee record can be created. All applicant data are then stored therein, such as their CVs and other files, email communication with the recruiting staff, as well as reviews and private notes left by individual members of the hiring team. This makes it easy to keep track of the applicant’s progress – from application to disqualification, from phone screening to hiring.
Activities such as moving an applicant from one stage of the recruitment process to another, scheduling an interview, sending the applicant an email, offering an applicant the job, or disqualifying the applicant altogether can be done straight from the candidate’s profile in the system.
So the rest of the recruiting team knows what transpired in a phone screening, interview, or meeting with a candidate, in the Reviews tab of each candidate’s profile, you can leave private notes to fellow recruiters, and even @-mention a specific team member to call their attention.
In the same tab is a text box where you can write a review of the candidate, assess his/her work ethic, attitude, communication skills, and ability to work with a team on a scale of one to five. Your overall recommendation can go anywhere from one to five stars, or poor to excellent. Relevant attachments can likewise be uploaded for team review.
Recruitee has a built-in reporting functionality that shows you, via graphs and charts, the number of new candidates on a particular date range, how many applied via the career site, and from which external sources the applicants originated from, such as Simply Hired, Monster.com, and Indeed.
Recruitee integrates with third-party calendars such as Gmail and iCal, and recruitment services such as Indeed.com, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, Dice.com, GitHub, and AllRetailJobs.com.
Recruitee offers five pricing packages: Starter at $19 per month for one active job, Professional at $49 per month for four active jobs, Expert at $99 per month for nine active jobs, and Corporate at $199 per month for 20 active jobs. Pricing for Enterprise, which can be customized according to your needs, can be obtained from the sales team.
18-day free trials are offered. A 15% discount is available for yearly plans.
