Pros
Ease of use - pretty interface - it helps to have something nice to look at when you are a recruiter looking at an ATS all day.
This is a nice tool to host job openings and embed them into your website for a clean look and easy choice for people to apply. It posts on a lot of free job boards too.
Great calendar integration (we have gmail). Great customer success team.
Cons
Missing an option to upload files to a job pipeline, missing search filters in the PEOPLE tab which seem so obvious but aren't there. These two things make the handling of 100+ candidate difficult.
The "open" nature of the software and the inability to customize manager and interviewers' visibility into the recruiting process.
I found the list to be a little clunky with how they update. A lot of times I had to leave the application and come back for the status to be accurately displayed.
