Redii allows users to set up multiple strategic awards linked to their business objectives, to recognize the contributions made by employees towards achieving the company’s goals. Company values can also be tagged in awards to showcase real-life examples of outstanding behaviors, and reward employees who embody the company’s values and culture. Once model employees have been identified through the recognition program, their profiles can then be used in the recruitment process to discover suitable candidates. Redii can also be used to automate the recognition of employee milestones, such as length of service, and events like employee birthdays.

The recognition wall in Redii displays the awards given out, and allows employees to like and comment on posts, enabling peer-to peer recognition. Award names and icons can be customized, as can the name of the rewards currency, allowing businesses to gamify and configure their recognition program to suit their company’s culture. Bonus point and approval workflows are built into the system, and for larger companies, committee-based award approval can be set up.
