There are several aspects of this tool that I like, it allows us to motivate our employees to develop a work culture that tends towards dynamism and productivity with clear and measurable goals and objectives.

The thing i like is  how Reward Gateway enhances employee engagement and creates a culture of recognition, leading to higher morale, improved retention rates, and a more positive workplace environment.

Although Reward Gateway provides a plethora of employee perks and engagement tools, the characteristic that I enjoyed the least about the platform was how overwhelming the sheer volume of features and possibilities might initially feel.

It could be confusing for novice users to navigate the system without assistance.   But it's much simpler to use efficiently once you get used to it.

No rules engine for approval process: Cannot use management chain or any other rule for assigning approvers at different approval levels.

No rules engine for approval process: No way for system to recognize and skip a person approving as themselves.
