It was hard to set up correctly and the customer service was awful and not very helpful and since I'm in the U.S and they are in the U.K they always seemed to be gone.

File uploads are straightforward, storage is perfectly adequate for HR needs, and the system quietly keeps track of things you’d rather not think about, like performance reviews and absence records.

Value for money is decent because it focuses on doing core HR tasks properly rather than trying to be a flashy all-in-one super system.

The documents signing work brilliantly and the reports on headcount, turnover etc. are great.

It’s also slightly too good at reminding you about policies, overdue tasks, and things you hoped everyone had forgotten.

I wouldn't consider it intuitive and the customer facing product looks a bit tired and dated. If you enter an incorrect email address in payroll it is not easy to reset the payslips for the employees.

Only through the chat bot on the screen, there is no number to call and if you do you get the "other" sage companies who transfer you around to everyone until you reach someone who says call this number and you end up calling Canada who says "umm you have the wrong number"

It is very easy to use, each employee receives a login and can check they're pay stubs, W2;s and so on.

I liked the announcement section and the company view to see the employees as you are able to see them by face and name and not just a list.

I was looking for a portal to be able to share paystubs with employees and track time and pto.  

Within the context of my usage and interaction with the solution, there's not much to like less.
