They deleted the account for all team members, the job post that we had and all the information about the applicants, while we still had the openings, so that meant we lost all follow-ups, CVs, all communications with almost 80% of the applicants, their customer service have not given a response yet, we called them, no one available, all day long, no one!

Used a trial period of this software but could get pricey based on team size.

One other drawback was that some candidates were rejected, and they were still able reapply reversing the first/last name.

Initially when I was looking for an ATS system I saw a number of options but after careful research SmartRecruiters stood out.

There needs to be some improvement with the self-scheduling feature within Smartrecruiters, but overall, it has been such a great experience.

I referred a former co-worker who completed his part of the app, and I did not see it under My Referrals.

It would be great to set up interviews directly from your phone.

It isn't as was discussed during our negotiation.

It appears easy to use on the surface, and in comparison to other ATS', it isn't so bad in that regard.

The design is also great and implementation was fairly quick.

There is so much to learn and discover, but once you get the hang of it, it's very straightforward.

Even I didn't use such kind of software before, it was quite easy to use.
