Building out this system is a time-consuming process, and by the time it’s ready, newer options have already hit the market.

An excel or sharepoint workflow is cheaper and more effective from a users pov.

Considering the high implementation and ongoing costs, it would be more prudent to opt for other HCM systems.

Instead you have to go into their profile, look at the request and THEN you can find out how much time they're requesting.
