What is Sygna?

Sygna is an integrated business management software platform designed for small and medium sized enterprises in Spain. The platform centralizes operational, financial and human resources processes within a single environment. It establishes real time connectivity between companies and external advisory firms through a secure communication channel. A built in artificial intelligence assistant named Atlas enables natural language interaction with business data including invoicing, products, contracts and other records stored within the system.

The electronic invoicing module generates legally compliant invoices in the required digital format and synchronizes with Spanish tax authority regulations via native VeriFactu integration. It supports creation and management of invoices, quotes, proforma documents, conversion of estimates into invoices and configuration of recurring billing for subscription services. The module maintains detailed records of clients, suppliers, products and services with configurable pricing, taxation and document series as well as payment and collection tracking with status monitoring, due date management and automated reminders for outstanding items.

Financial management features include a structured chart of accounts, a general ledger and a suite of financial reports encompassing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and tax filings with export functionality for accounting data. Treasury functions offer tracking of bank accounts, balance monitoring, cash flow analysis and detailed recording of income and expense transactions. The human resources module manages employee data including onboarding and offboarding processes, time tracking with clock in and clock out recording, break period management and geolocation verification for attendance confirmation. It also administers absence tracking, vacation requests and approvals, organizational structures via roles and departments and labor document management with digital signature capabilities.

The platform provides customizable dashboards presenting real time visibility into key performance indicators and supports data export into PDF, Excel and comma separated values formats for reporting and analysis. Role based access controls enable administrators to assign tailored permission levels to employees, human resources personnel, internal managers and external advisors defining module and data section visibility. Support for data import facilitates migration from legacy systems and coexistence with external enterprise resource planning, accounting or payroll solutions already in use within the organization.
