TimeMonkey is a software designed for time tracking, shift and absence planning, and task management specifically for medical practices and clinics. TimeMonkey Basic, which already includes many time tracking functions, is free of charge.

The time tracking software TimeMonkey was developed for medical practices to facilitate time tracking in everyday practice. A fixed practice iPhone serves as a clocking device, allowing employees to clock in/out with a personal pin code, an NFC chip card in credit card format, or an NFC keychain.

All time stamps are displayed in real-time in the TimeMonkey web app. Overtime and undertime are calculated daily for each employee. Monthly and annual evaluations can be sent to employees or tax advisors with one click. TimeMonkey also provides extensive features for managing employee absences, including vacation, sick days, training, school, compensatory time off, and short-time work, with corresponding hour credits automatically taken into account in working time evaluations.

The shift planning includes a smart template function that makes assigning shifts and calendar weeks quick and easy. All shifts can then be individually adjusted, and filters show at a glance whether enough doctors, medical assistants, dental assistants, and other personnel have been scheduled. Additionally, the practice owner can decide whether employees should have employee access, allowing them to view their own scheduled and clocked working hours.
