Only way to find out there is a problem is by encountering a Lock Out at login. Warning would allow a fix before the employee tries multiple times unsuccessfully to log on.

Need a warning for duplicate entries the system does not allow.

Too many pieces of software try to be a catch-all, often leaving UX as an afterthought. Because the product is streamlined, it really considers all aspect of PTO and is therefore great at it.
