I like that it is easy to use and all of the employees can access it easily, it came with great instructions so everyone is able to do what they need to do.
Our vacation and sick leave times are set up in hours, and it doesn't. Work very well if a person works an odd number of hours per week.
It has been wonderful for our employees; the customer service responds very quickly; good UI.
When doing my timecard it is annoying to have to scroll through all the times. You either have to do that or type the time and the am and pm.
Great software, priced better than other tracking systems and integrates well. Reporting is good, UI is very easy to use and the overall experience is A.
Errors in processing leave have drastically decreased. Employee understanding and knowledge of leave programs increased.
We love it!!! Excellent product, cost effective and we highly recommend others should use it.
The experience was poor as if lacked many features and was overpriced compared to other software and ultimately went a different direction.

Timetastic makes holiday logging so simple - I love the integrations too. We use Slack and it's great getting a morning notification about who is off that day - it really helps the teams.
Only one thing: Navigation between the current next 30 day view and the month-by-month view on the wallchart is confusing and irritating.
We have been using Timetastic successfully for several years now and it continues to be a great tool for managing the teams time off.
Would say that a drawback is inability to edit requests, or change number of days. You need to cancel the entire request and resubmit, but it's not terrible honestly.
It was good and user friendly,we can easily track the leaves of my team without any hassle thanks to the user friendly interface.
It's a small part of a problem that likely needs a larger solution so it's not likely to work long term.
The program is flawless to use and I love that there is a free trial available.
Missing more color customization. Identify time zones of co-workers.

Only way to find out there is a problem is by encountering a Lock Out at login. Warning would allow a fix before the employee tries multiple times unsuccessfully to log on.
Overall the program is great and we are definitely glad we moved from our archaic in-house PTO tracking system. Customer Service has been awesome.
Also, when setting up the same person twice by accident. Seems like the system could tell this right away to avoid conflict and frustration for the user.

Updates, Lately the app seems to be out of date a not working on newer phones, if it can't be resolved we will have no choice but to move off the platform.

The software is clean and simple and serves as a great resource for company information, coworker contacts, and a comprehensive company calendar outlining anniversaries, birthdays, and days off.
Some of the updates would cause havoc on the system and delay some of our onboarding.
I hadn't used it until my current company and I am really happy to be able to utilize it. There are so many great features and I love it.
The only con I have noticed is from guys in HR complaining that it does not provide in-house payroll management.
BambooHR has some great integrations (Slack, for instance) that allow me to see when my co-workers are out of the office or even celebrating an anniversary or birthday.
At times I struggle with the signing portion of documents.
Great customer service, easy to navigate user platform and mobile app, love that it includes things like ENPS scores.
When we first got it, I would say its lack of payroll integration, but it's since integrated TRAX payroll with the software, which our accounting team is now switching to.
We have become very dependent on this, the mobile app and the website are both great benefits to our employees.

Rippling did not file my quarterly taxes and failed to pay federal taxes on payroll for a few staffers. I have been financially penalized by the government.
I love that Rippling makes payroll fun, with easy to use features to download documents, see paystubs, and fun design quirks that always bring a smile to my face.
At this moment there are no aspects of this software that I dislike.
Great product at a great value. Our transition from our previous product was seamless and changes are easy to make within program.
I have since transitioned to a new payroll provider that has had zero issue doing both those things correctly. Yet, I'm still being charged for Rippling despite them not doing their job correctly.
Finding important documents is easy and straightforward, like it should be. I love receiving the fun emails every time I get paid.
I have to beg for responses and escalate emails to additional staffers to get a response. Horrid customer service and completely lacking to do their job correctly.

Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging.
This softwards mobile compatibilty is very weak and Also i am unable to see which days I have worked.

Some of the terminology is more british, which is silly to complain about.
Simplicity, and the low price are strong reasons to consider the app. The additional features like payroll and performance are good reasons for considering this app.
Bad organization on the website. For example, there is no a link that is created when I would love to check all employees, also you can't open some specific profiles on the new tab which is bad.

There were times where it was buggy and screens would get stuck so that you had to reopen the map and follow a specific procedure to avoid the issue from occurring again.
I love the facial recognition feature and other features that are offered to ensure that your staff is on the job site in order to sign in.
It is hard to correct if you did the wrong punch in or out.
BEST of all, when I have a question, Buddy Punch really LISTENS and always walks me through the answer or offers to help themselves.
The only issue we've encountered is adding or editing times. If somebody forgets their punch it can cause some struggle.
I like the ease of use, it is set up to pretty much enter exactly when I work and makes it easy to do so.
Editing the time entries has proven to be quite difficult at the beginning.
It is so easy to request time off without having to email the workplace & supervisors. Just a few entries and the request is good to go.

It is hard to correct if you did the wrong punch in or out.
BEST of all, when I have a question, Buddy Punch really LISTENS and always walks me through the answer or offers to help themselves.

Overall I like to say, I have tried it and obviously I can say all of you can purchase this. This is a very awesome feature application.
No register stays on the phone. I believe it might be due to wireless connection though, yet no warning is given on the mobile application, at least that I am aware of.
The helpdesk is super nice & super helpful. I received quick help & I had some really nice discussion to help me.
They could have charged me for the features I use, and I would have paid it.
They follow up with you after subscription, customer success is caring and supportive.

I like the ease of use of the software, very user friendly, and best of all it has an app that you can use on your phone should you be away from your desktop computer.
I cannot edit time off requests if I make an error. It is also very difficult to view the calendar with so many people on it.
I like the ease at which I can view PTO/Vacation. It is great for accounting for my personal schedule.
It is a little confusing if you need to change a request.
The customer service is great and the overall value of the software is fantastic.
I would say the only negative of the website is the calendar it is slightly confusing.
The demo was great and all follow-up conversation was responsive and helpful.
The problems was that anyone could edit the calendar so we had no idea if the time off was approved by management or not. We also had no easy way to track the total time off an employee was taking.
I like the simplicity of requesting and approving time off. I also like how you can link to your Outlook Calendar so you can see who will be out.

It's a really complete solution that handles all the requirements for a bussiness like us, the schedulling is very complete and the control fo the employee's timesheets is awesome.
Many glitches when it comes to connecting with RUN or scheduling, but the biggest problem is the inefficiency of the sales team whether the chat or phone. They are simply HORRIBLE.
Customer support was amazing through the whole process. I find they tried their best to keep in touch EVERY week to see how we were doing with the app and what we needed help learning.
As a team, we find ourselves frustrated with Deputy on the daily.
I also enjoy the ease of inputting employees into the system and the ease of placing employees into shifts. Its quite easy to use and its functionality is great throughout all levels of use.
The product messed up or payroll month after month.
Like the ease of using and that it integrates well with Quick Books Online (QBO). I also like the phone app and that is great for when we are in the field.
Cannot filter locations, can be slow to load, Supervisor notifications go to the wrong person.

We are still using Quickbooks for accounting for now. The webinars have been great, the support team has been great, our trainer was great.
There are times when a question asked gets bumped up and it takes a long time to correct or answer that you lose track of the problem.
Invoicing is easy and we are impressed with professional looking invoice templates that are easy to read. Also it is easy to manage the outstanding accounts receivable.
The program was often slow and sluggish between screen changes (I have very fast ethernet connection 250mbps DL speed).
Each and everyone of them I have interacted over the years have been amazing. All of them in customer service are tremendously helpful in setting up the software for my new firm.
It was the most expensive waste of time I've experienced in a long while. It's right up there with Yelp advertising.
Billing process is easy and intuitive as we can provide clients with a detailed invoicing if required. Ability to manage subcontractors pretty much like our employees is very helpful.
We have not had any significant problems over the course of using it. At times the interface does require quite a few clicks to get things done.
The QuickBooks integration is very stable and makes sense once you understand it. The user interface looks nice, is operationally smooth and is very responsive both in design and speed.
We love the reports and other methods that allows us view the information helpful to make important business decisions.
While I am still learning and looking at how our company can best utilize CORE in all areas, we are definitely benefitting from using it.
We like the reporting features and use them often, the rich billing features as well. It has taken us away from using a separate software for managing contacts, which is very helpful.
Last but not the least we are enjoying excellent customer service and support.

Their product & services are superb. The Connecteam platform has been a perfect addition to our small business that is headed for a rapid growth.
My only complaint as of right now is the reliability of the GPS coordinates, which is something I was just told will no longer be a problem with the new update that's soon to release.
They are also willing to listen to ideas that would make this software better. They have been improving this app dramatically and I thank them for their continued effort in doing so.
Unless like competitors we also KNOW what we pay for and no ridiculous add-on costs coming on afterwards.
My experience with Connecteam has been very positive. I love the fact that the message box is on the screen so you can click on it and get help immediately.
The updating, which I understand has to happen. We have had few instances where the program would stop working for an hour or so.
I love that this solution is easy to use, is aesthetically pleasing, and is a great value for the cost.
Our job costing is coming out more accurate due to the time clock function. Guys are no longer guessing how long of a lunch they took, when they got to the job site, etc.
Our experience has been great. I am not very tech savvy, but with the help of the connecteam staff I am now able to navigate the app and dashboard with ease and teach others.
The most I like on the software is the beautiful design of the desk version and the app. With integration of our logo, all our employees like the app.
The Customer Service I have received is AMAZING. When I have questions or thoughts I need to work through, they are right there with information to help me make the decision to improve my process.
I love how easy it is to make my staff's weekly schedule on this app. My staff loves the clock in and out feature.

I had previously used TruPay before coming to this company, so I found the transition to be extremely comfortable for me. I like the ease of use and ability to pull a variety of reports with ease.
Another inconvenience is the lack of fingerprint login feature on phones. I also found it inconvenient that the website password has to be changed every 60 days.
The customer service for resolving issues is excellent as I am one of the individuals responsible for maintaining our system.
We really have very few problems with it. There are a lot of options that we won't need or use so the Kronos Community site is a bit confusing.
How easy we can run reports. There are a few more features that we like and user friendly.
During implementation, we were constantly told 'the system does not do that', or 'that can't be done. Out implementation process was terrible, and we still don't have everything working.
My overall experience with this software is very good and highly recommend.
There seem to be a lot of communication problems. Things you would expect to be linked aren't and it is designed by software developers and not end users.

Doesn't have a recruitment module at all and that's very disappointing no value for money.

Sage is a great software, you get to capture and manage your payments very well and organized.
Great tool, easy to use, sync with Slack possible.
My favorite feature of Sage is being able to run total expense reports based on a particular project.
Certainly cakeHR solves part of the management of my company's talent department, but it is still far from being a suitable software for companies with more than 50 employees.
This software suite will allow managment to automate internal human resource processes, that were previously completed manually. This has improved our internal efficiencies.
It would be a good thing if they published the roadmap so that we could know how they are going to develop the product.
It is easy to use by employees for absence requests. The calendar view is very convenient to see at a glance the planned absences.

The system is straight forward, easy to use, visually attractive and help me manage the time off and vacations of my team fairly and effectively.
If there are any problems [Sensitive content hidden] at Leave Dates replies and fixes really quickly - or explains how I am doing wrong.
I can add in my days off from anywhere, and the mobile app is a nice bonus. I love the ease of tracking and the summary at a glance.
There is no option of putting flexible hours for eg - I shall be working from this much time to this much time. Instead I have to put that under Client work schedule.
Good ye Excel tables thank you LeaveDates. Excellent app and best value I found on a user/month cost basis.

As I mention previously in my review, the product is superb but it's also worth mentioning the excellent support we have received.
Possibility to limit leave taken with pro rata leave balance.
I like that there is a community of other users of the software that help contribute to new feature ideas that the whole community can benefit from.
Customer support has been excellent, the designer team even added a feature I requested within 5 days of my ask. So useful, our firm uses it for both leaves and project assignments.
SSO login integration with MS works great. Lately, found it useful that we can import public holidays for various countries.
It's a nice user interface that shows my department members or everyone in our company. Everyone will be able to know who is in the office or not instantly through the Wall Chart.
Very easy to use and I get a notification when the request is approved.
It has also been great being able to see my coworkers time off, so I can easily coordinate my day(s) off based on their time off.
Setting it up became very easy hence, and I was able to get my employees to begin using it asap. I really a needed a system which would help me manage the leaves of employees in our company.

Most recently, the updated features of the logbook designer, which are fantastic from the perspective of helping to automate processes and create a better audit trail for HR/Line Managers.
Still being developed so some occasional technical errors. As a UK system sometimes there is a delay in support for our HR team based in Singapore.
Lots of features, calendar integration, quick and helpful customer support, great reporting feature, ability to customise all of the various permissions, useful mobile app.
There are a few frustrating areas of the system. One being that only one administrator can receive notifications.
Customer support when I've had queries have been excellent - super fast to respond and very helpful.
This means self service has to be disabled and renders the product almost useless. Very unsettling that a company would just role these features out without thinking through the consequences.
Great features and how it engages with all our staff. People like using the system and also the app on the phone is really popular.
The UI is simple and straightforward in some areas, but feels a little awkward in others.
PeopleHR is intuitive and responsive and its features are regularly updated and improved. The Support function is fantastic, as are the 'How To' videos on You Tube.

In this software I really liked its pleasant design and its simplicity, and it is also easy to use and administer.
We use to make the payrolls with a company and for me this process was terrible, was that time of the month when i really not wanted to be on.
Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook.
I ran into occasional lag in the interface which can be frustrating when I need to get a task done quickly. Also, the performance reviews section could be more robust.
I'm super satisfied, Factorial cover everything we need for our HR processes and we can save a lot of time by not doing manual tasks.
I think it is necessary to find another way to control attendance, either by synchronizing with a work tool to avoid forgetting to record worker attendance.

Also, they have good features, but it is hard to implement and start working, and since customer service is so bad, I'm not even sure how we'd set them up.
