I was looking for a time tracking software that could integrate into both Quickbooks and Asana. This one works well for keeping track of my time as I work through the projects for customers
The integration works as long as you create everything in the right order. I wish it was simpler to create projects and integrations bi-directionally

We were able to find a time tracking software that fits all our needs and more that it easy to use and designed well. Plus, it's all free!
The usability of this software is much better than our previous time tracking software. Plus, with the way we use the software, the free version is sufficient for us.
There is no integration with Quickbooks.

The fact that there is many options to follow and enter the time and the integration with other software.
The upload to Quickbooks is difficult to use and not friendly. Also, when exporting, all time tracking goes to a new line on Quickbooks, there is no way to ignore the title and group only by customer. Also, we should be able to set the product that will be used for invoicing.

Takes away the burden of tracking time by easily creating projects and tasks to keep track of project schedule and budget. Easily integrates with Microsoft Office Calendar and accounting software such as Quickbooks. Great option to share real time reports with your team or clients.
We are always seeking additional software integration options to simplify our processes and limit the administrative burden.

We tried different time tracking softwares before settling on Clockify, such as Harvest, ClickUp, and Toggl. Clockify was by far the easiest to use by my whole team and most affordable.
We use Clockify every day to track time management.
We were excited about the Quickbooks integration but it wasn't as advanced as we'd like (yet) so we still managing use the reports and transfer the data into Quickbooks.

Excellent so far! We are in the learning/free trail phase but customer support has checked in and is wonderful and the tutorials are easy to follow and implement.
We have been looking for a software that was affordable for our small non-profit and yet had all of the features that we were looking for to track employee time. We love the QuickBooks integration!

Easy to use. Great for companies that need simple straight forward time keeping at no or low costs. I like that I can add clients and projects applicable to those clients.
Wish I could integrate with QuickBooks desktop. Mobile app reports aren't like those online.

Overall I've not had too many issues with Clockify but I only use it for time tracking. I'm not sure how it would work for other self-employed individuals with no staff. I'm guessing if you have a staff the functions would work well for project management and time tracking.
I mainly use the time tracker and the reporting from that is decent when analyzing my workload.
The integration with Quickbooks has not been great for me as it required too much work to get the invoices created. At this rate I use another program for invoicing and use the time tracking reports to create them.

Great!
The great thing about clockify is the ease of use, and it is cross-platform. I use it on my Mac, my Windows PC, and my mobile devices. I have not had any issues at all using this project! Love it. Recommend it and hope to see other great features.
I could not understand how to integrate with QuickBooks, however, I have moved passed that!

I like that you can keep tracking of your time easily at a push of a button.
I wish it connected with Quickbooks, so I didn't have the transfer everything over manually.

Clockify is easy to use. It is versatile enough that I had options in using it. It comes in several different formats - web, browser extension, desktop and mobile for both IOS and android.
As a freelancer, I needed a free app that would help me track my time. Clockify fit the bill in almost every way.
The problem that I had with Clockify was that the free version couldn't create invoices for me. It would have been easier if I could have imported that time into Quickbooks or created invoices within the free version of the software.
Hi Michele, Thank you for your review. You can export all data from Clockify as a PDF, CSV or Excel file. You can later use these files to upload your data to other services that support imports. We plan to have a QB integration in the future. Best,

We've been able to better capture billable time and allocate resources more efficiently.
Robust & scalable features, integration with quickbooks, ease of use and quick deployment in small business setting.
Some features were underdeveloped when we first started using Clockify but they've been actively developing and adding features, including some of those referenced.

Overall, we're happy to work with it. Would be great if it integrated with Quickbooks Online.
That it allowed us to have unlimited team members for free.
Reassigning time entries can be a pain. Also, the sort features in the Project section is clunky. Would like to be able to search by client then project in that Projects screen.

I've only used it for a week, but I am super happy with the features, format, and ease of use. As a CPA going into tax season, I am so happy that I found this program - it's going to save me hours when I go to enter my timesheet data into QuickBooks for my employer instead of manually calculating and transcribing my written notes each time.
Firstly, you can't beat the price! It's a free app that is going to save me hours of time. I love that it's not only a time tracker app but also generates an editable timesheet for the week. It's easy to use, and produces relevant reports in great formats.
I don't like having to setup a client and project. I'd rather just be able to select a client instead of taking the additional step to assign each client a project before I can use the time tracker app.
Thank you for the feedback! Perhaps you could use tags for this instead of clients. Create tags with the name of your clients, so you can simply add a tag to each time entry. Hope that helps!

Before using Clockify, I was trying to keep track of my hours on a piece of paper that kept getting misplaced. Now, I have access to how much time I've been working and can get compensated properly.
I manage quickbooks for our family-run business. But I'm also a work-at-home-mom and have to fit in my hours whenever I get the opportunity. Clockify made it really easy to sign in, start my clock, and get an hour's worth of work here and there, without having to use an overly complicated or fancy time-tracking software. I also homeschool and wanted to track how much time we spend on our school activities, so I like that I can categorize what I'm doing before I start working, and can keep those records on hand, for when I might need them.
Nothing. I could see how using an app would be helpful for some, but since my work is done on my home computer, having another tab open tracking my hours isn't an issue for me.

Overall I am really satisfied with Clockify, it greatly improved my time tracking and I don't have to spend an hour per week calculating my time periods manually. It would be good if there were the possibility to comment on introduced hours (so e.g. I would better keep track of what I already noted and whatnot). All in all, I would recommend this software to my colleagues. Keep that up.

Easy time tracking and time sheets. The way of time tracking is smooth and helpful.
Cannot keep always on top. Pomodoro is not built-in web app (comes with a separated extension).
