This program has solved SO many problems for us! We manage a hotel remotely and there were definitely some shenanigans going on with hours and overtime. By implementing the photo stamp clock in/out feature, we now have 100% accurate hours for each employee. If a change needs to be made, we get a notification and can approve/deny the record immediately. It is easy to monitor time - the reporting is fabulous! AND IT IMPORTS HOURS INTO QUICKBOOKS!! My most DREADED task was entering everyone's hours...now with a few clicks of a button, everything imports and totals. Also, customer support is SUPER helpful - no long wait times, always call back promptly and they're all pretty cheerful. I recommend this program to ANYONE who needs a time clock.

I am able to call them and quickly get my questions answered. I am not on hold very long maybe a minute. They always get me squared away!
I switched from Tsheets or now known as QuickBooks time because after QuickBooks bought them the customer support became horrible. Timesheets rocks in customer support and saved us money. This is why I switched.
As with all software there is a learning curve but not bad. I just called our rep and he gave me the tips to collect my reports.

ABLE TO CHANGE TIME AND TRACK WHERE THEY CLOCK IN/OUT WITH THE MAPS DOWNLOADS TO QUICKBOOKS EASILY. SAVES TIME THAN MANUALLY INPUTTING INFO.
IF THEY HAD THE TIMESHEETS AND DOWNLOAD TO QUICK BOOKS ALL IN ONE UNIT.

This is a great app overall but it just wasn't the right fit for our company.
IF your willing to invest some time to set up the app it can be super helpful and make time tracking pretty much fool proof. Integration with Quickbooks was super easy. Importing customers and information from Quickbooks was also very quick and easy. Our employees found it easy to punch in and out and it keeps everyone honest. You don't realize how much money you are losing on payroll when you use paper time-sheets until you switch.
We are a plumbing and heating company so we do a lot of service calls. This app is great but for a service company wasn't what we actually needed.

This software saves me hours of data entry every week.
Setup for importing to Quickbooks can be tricky, but their awesome support makes up for it. We invested some time in the setup, but we easily make that time up over and over again when we import our project time.

Timesheets.com has proven to be a very valuable tool for us as a small, growing nonprofit. The support is excellent and we have saved time and gained insight by using Timesheets.com.
We moved to Timesheets.com from spreadsheets and manual reporting, and it has streamlined our process and given us much greater insight into our spending. We use project and account codes to allocate costs to different grants. And by creating codes for different activities, we can more precisely see how much different programs cost. This helps us budget for future programs. In addition, the support is the best I've ever experienced. Our startup was painless and took less than an hour. By phoning or using the chat function, you are instantly connected with a real person who knows the product. They will take the time to understand a very specific need that we have and tell us how to use the tool to make it happen.
The interface is a little dated and not intuitive. Integrating with QuickBooks has been a challenge because of the idiosyncrasies of QuickBooks and nonprofit accounting.

Excellent. It allows us to track all of our time, not just billable time like our PSA software system.
Ease of use & integration with quickbooks
Would like to be able to do a time entry where you select the project code and it automatically enters the customer and account code and default text in the work notes box. If this can be customized for each employee that would be awesome.

Timesheets is so easy to use. Its very dependable and easy to export to QuickBooks. The reports are detailed and you can go back as far as you need to in time.

Fantastic tool.
Our client insists that we track each employees time against hundreds of projects they may be working on. We couldn't do it without a tool like Timesheets.com. The system is easy to use and relatively straight forward to implement.
Interfaces with other software like QuickBooks is not easy to use.

I would recommend Timesheets to anyone and everyone. It is the best time tracking software out there and integrates beautifully with QuickBooks. Solved my problems wonderfully and is much cheaper than the other software options out there!
Timesheets is easy to use, it integrates smoothly with QuickBooks; It is inexpensive. It has all the features I need - including mileage and expenses without charging me extra fees unlike other popular and similarly named software. And when I needed mods, they were quick to add them. Their customer service is outstanding! They were with me every step of the way installing and making sure that integration was smooth and seamless. They ran through my first couple of payrolls to ensure everything worked perfectly. They followed up with emails and phone calls as needed to make sure that everything was working smoothly. My team has never had any issue using Timesheets. It is simple to use on any device, from anywhere.
The only thing I would wish for if I could have a wish is maybe a few more reports or that I could customize some reports. That's it. Otherwise I think it's perfect.

We got a time tracking software that works and as a 9 person company we can afford.
It is relatively inexpensive compared to the competition. The customer support is really helpful, and it has worked well for me and my company.
It would be much better as a mobile app. Also integration with Quickbooks online has some limitations.

I can use timesheets for every financial need, customer contracts, inventory needs, commissions and more.
All, of each employees records together and up to date. Makes payroll a breeze. Employee's can use the software from their own cell phone. It like carrying the company comupter in your pocket.
Timesheets uses QuickBooks for downloads to PDF files. Seems easier if it were built in. Still very effective.

Pretty good software, there are maybe a few spots where the functionality could be improved, but completely workable, and leaves room for expanded functionality beyond basic needs without pushing it on users. The really good thing about this software service is its ease of use and the excellent customer service provided even to very small employers. (Our business has 14 employees.) I would recommend this to every manager of a small business who is trying to fit HR duties onto a long list of other responsibilities, and needs a turnkey solution for timekeeping that is well-supported and will not be a time-waster while you get it set up.

I haven't used project or expense tracking, so can't comment on how well it works with Quickbooks or other accounting software.

Our overall experience with Timesheets was great. We really needed support to get up and running and [sensitive content hidden] was there for us throughout the process. He was patient and pleasant to work with and really understood the ins and outs of the system.
What I like most about Timesheets is the support. [sensitive content hidden] walked us through every stage of implementation step-by-step and trained our staff. I also talked to other reps on the Timesheets team while researching the best system and found everyone to be equally helpful. Great team. The cost of the service can't be beat. Not only is the per employee fee less than half (and sometimes a quarter) of the cost of other systems. Timesheets is not the most beautiful interface out there, but it works well and meets our needs. The smart phone interface is good and useful and having Timesheets has streamlined our timekeeping and expense process.
The interface with QuickBooks isn't perfect and we had to employ some work-arounds that make the tool a little harder to work with. The portal is fairly intuitive, but not as nice looking as some others out there. The separation of PTO and project time is inconvenient for users and administrators.

We've just begun using Timesheets.com with our employees, and we've gotten a lot of positive feedback. It's got the main capabilities for which we were looking: (1) Entering time for payroll purposes (2) Tracking projects - broken out by team (3) Requesting time off in the system (4) Syncing with QuickBooks By far the best part about Timesheets.com has been their customer service. They've been very responsive in answering all of the questions I throw at them!
It does have a few limitations that we've identified ... but they're mostly business-specific preferences. Some to note would be to request time off in multiple day increments, the ability to "copy" customers, and to generate different kinds of reports (charts/graphs). It's my hope that Timesheets.com takes customer feedback into consideration when making updates to their system!

Timesheets.com made it much easier to track employee and project time and record expenses.
It is easy to use, employee and timesheet setting options are more than enough for our needs, support has been great the two times i had questions, imports data to Quickbooks easily. I also like that we can track all expenses, such as, mileage, we can create and track multiple project time at once and use it from anywhere and upload backup documents.
In the three years we have used this product we have never experienced an issue with functionality or accesability. I guess the way they charge is not ideal. They charge by numberof users but only in groups, so if we have 5 users and need 1 more we would have to pay for 3 more users in the next tier.
