Pros

Pretty good so far and their integration with other platforms like LinkedIn, for example, is great.
I was beginning to think this was impossible and it’s done now – really happy with it. It will make a huge impact on my ability to do everything through the system which is brilliant.
Talent pools are great for grouping together candidates. The feature where you can create candidates and contacts straight from your email is gold.

Pros

I really like how everything is set up on the front end and how easy it is to access information. I love the amount of reports and their accessibility.
Attractive UI, but that is as good as it gets. Far better products for the money.
The portals for our employees and clients are very helpful and user friendly, allowing for quick and easy actions.

Cons

Ve been having problems with data not pulling through properly from Linkedin.
Sometimes the speed lags slightly – however this could be our internet rather than Vincere.
If anything comes up ill be sure to let you know.

Cons

We hated that our leadership chose to host the solution instead of going with the cloud base solutions. It was costly and it was very inefficient for us.
It attaches unemployment to whatever the employees current branch is instead of to the assignment to which the claim was filed, and there is no report or log to show activity on unemployment's.
Avionte is notoriously known by many other vendors and other ATS comapny that they play unprofessional and uncooperative with data migration when you decide to leave them.
