For example, it can sometimes be difficult to navigate, especially for new users who are not familiar with the software.

Koan allows easily defining OKRs and their leads, and the weekly reflections feature is great for keeping the team engaging and aware of their progress.

Koan is an intuitive software that allows us to hold all of our cross functional team members accountable to the things we've deemed important.

It doesn't require a lot of time to fill out your updates each week, and it makes it easy to see what's happening across your team and other teams in your organization.

Love how it keeps everyone aligned on goals and progress and signals if goals are at risk (by checking in on confidence levels each week).

Currently, I sometimes miss issues from Jira, to add to reflections. And it would be great to configure check-in reminders on a biweekly basis instead of weekly.
