Pros

It has been really great for us and helps us run smoothly. They have also been actively engaged with us to help us find solutions to the improvements we have requested.
When I work is such a lifesaver. I love that employees can share their own availability all in one place and it prevents me from scheduling them if they already said they are unavailable.
The greatest benefit of When I Work is the visual presentation of the schedule. I can see at a glance who the scheduled manager on duty is thanks to the color-coding.

Pros

I just appreciated the transparency of the site, pricing, and help. I would recommend this software to everyone for their customer service alone, but the software is amazing as well.
Absolutely love the ease and swift response to this product. Our employees like it better than our previous as well, which came with our POS.
Every interaction I have had with sales or support representatives have been quick, easy, and efficient. They have a great team and a wonderful software.

Cons

Tried again and found more bugs. This service is nothing but a headache and a borderline scam.
I think it can be a little bit more user-friendly. I would have been lost if I did not receive any instruction from my department.
I urge every customer who uses this program to check their billing to see what they are being charged for.

Cons

The downside to this is that once I settle into learning something new it's somewhat annoying to have to re learn some things over and over again to the 'new way.
On this app once you clock-out, there is a delay before you can clock back in, making it difficult to track for our guys that do multiple jobs back to back without losing time.
Lack of the same functionality via the app as you get on a desktop.
