The platform helps coordinators create multiple user accounts, adjust each user's permission settings, approve volunteer time-off requests, and view as well as print schedules in graphical, calendar, list, or chart formats. It enables users to track schedule changes, view shift details, check for conflicts, and monitor monthly, weekly as well as daily statistics.
WhenToHelp allows businesses to automatically export updated schedule data via integration with external task management systems and calendars such as Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. The software also helps supervisors alert volunteers of assigned shift changes through email and text notifications.
