My general opinion using HIPeople platform was good, the UI is clean and modern, and UX is also very good, maybe an item to improve could be the timer, when the time is about to finish could be great to highlight that, maybe using a red color or scale the timer in order to notice the time.

The only thing i spotted is when I tried to choose a device for my camera and mic, I cannot select anything, maybe with the options visible I could get a better sound and image.

The biggest drawback I experienced was some duplication of questions throughout the process, as I found myself repeatedly entering similar details. Although this did not significantly disrupt the use of the tool, reducing such repetitive steps would help make it even more user-friendly, particularly for busy professionals.

I was able to complete the test without any problems and I was able to do it in two days since my camera stopped working. When I resumed the test the next day all my progress was saved and that is very useful.

Also, if the people giving the references aren’t very responsive, it can still slow things down a bit — so it’s not 100% foolproof. But overall, those are minor things compared to the time and clarity it adds to the process.
