You have duplicate applicants for different roles, which is tricky they do attach them together in the corner so you have to remember to check. If you're searching passive candidates, you cannot add notes unless you add them to a live job, which makes no sense at all.

When typing, it almost freezes and takes a long time for the information to appear and so to limit mistakes, it is best to type on Notepad and then copy and paste it in later.
