The number one thing, I am very disappointed with is their customer support, it is terrible, they take days to answer, although their salespersons claimed that customer support is 24/7, this is not true and it is false information.

You have duplicate applicants for different roles, which is tricky they do attach them together in the corner so you have to remember to check. If you're searching passive candidates, you cannot add notes unless you add them to a live job, which makes no sense at all.
