What I like most about Workhuman is that the system allows Leadership and Peers alike to recognize others immediately when merited.   When using an Annual Merit Increase system, many of the positive efforts put forth by employees gets lost in all the other work that takes place.

Tool allows to procure gift cards from certain US websites that then refuse to ship oversees or cargo companies - hence I ended up procuring USD100 gift card recently from underarmour, which till order got cancelled I was not informed that it wouldn't be shipped to cargo companies and after cancellation I could not return the giftcard and get my energize points back, although it was not used - so ended up using USD100 that had spent quite a bit of an effort to earn.
