Zest Benefits Platform

Very positive and would highly recommend.

Pros

The ability to implement an online benefits solution for our clients in matter of days not weeks is really important, as it allows us to scale up our business whilst also managing cost. The user journey is simple - most of the queries we would have from users on a previous benefits platform I used were due to struggles navigating the system. This hasn't been the case with Zest which really reduces the amount of time we spend administering the scheme; it's better experience for the employee too. The technical support we get from the Zest team is excellent and they are a great business to work with.

Cons

We would like to be able to configure more of the homepage design.

Great support made implementation easy.

Pros

The software has enabled us to consolidate management of all our employee benefits and also encouraged us to look for more.

Cons

As time goes by I would like them to add more features.

Easy to use and manage

Overall I am fine with the system, only using few times a week.

Pros

This software is relatively user friendly, easy to manage and display is easy to understand for the employees, does not have performance issue and the customer service team and quick on respondind and dealing with querys.

Cons

The only thing i don't like is the upload folder library as it stores the documents with a random names which is dificult to recognise and if any new document ends up having the same name would not allow to upload it unless the old copy is found and deleted, which is tricky to locate withing such small icons.

Fantastic experience, great team, transformational technology

As a company to work with they are first class. A friendly bunch who deliver on what they say they will deliver when they say they will deliver it. They were much quicker in setting it up and gave greater value for money than the other competitors we explored.

Pros

It has transformed how we manage our employee benefits. All the processes we previously had to do manually have been automated and the platform is compatible with all the benefits we need. It now takes a fraction of the time to administer and is so simple and easy to use.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the platform

Overall, very impressed with our Zest experience and we will continue to use this benefits platform for the foreseeable.

Pros

The attention to details and customization is impressive. The software helps minimise payroll errors and the customer service team and always quick and effective.

Cons

Our life assurance beneficiary selection could be improved.
