It's great for scheduling and comparing schedules to timesheets... But to get the full functionality I really need (which is one simple utility)

We don't need alot of bells and whitles but ZoomShift has them but the interface isn't so complex that the extras get in the way.

The only other con I've experienced thus far is the customer service and the lack of ease in contacting an actual customer service representative vs the incompetent chat bot.

Customer service is non-existent or at the very least, just a re-hash of what you find when you dig thru the online support they offer. .

I have been most impressed with the customer support. When I got stuck with a problem on chat the rep connected with me on Zoom and we screen shared until I had my problem fixed.
