It has taken a little time and practice to really get comfortable with the system but any time I've had to reach out to customer service with an issue, they have been very quick to assist and usually are able to resolve any issue I have.

Also, not a lot of companies downloaded into their system, nor did they download in attachments to client files.

Originally, we were told it had Progressive on their rater for Minnesota and they did not.

There's no way to run an agency when you are at the mercy of a company that doesn't answer to their actions but makes sure to call you ONLY when your payment doesn't go through.

With Insurance Pro I searched a policy number and got that individual policy. With Agency Matrix I type in the same policy number and get EVERY POLICY under that client name (Client in question is a mobile home dealer with about 200 active policies, I have to dig through ALL of them to find the one that needs input!)

you'll get mothing - The other company sealed the deal today we had a issue with the PL rater and they remoted in in less than 5 mins corrected it on the first call - I just called matrix and canceled

They should have a lot more training up front.

I have been with Agency matrix for 15 years - I recently switched mainly because the support once ZYwave purchased went to Zero - really if you don't believe me  try calling them 1-800-456-2074 or email them support@zywave

For example, today is 03/18/24, and this morning, we received a message from Zywave that the system will be offline on 3/19/24 from 11am-3pm.

The system is cloud-based and works fast compared to our old system.

For a client with multiple policies I have to search the list of ALL their policies to find the ONE that needed updated.

Unfortunately we're stuck with it, because we trusted Insurance Pro and didn't request a demo, we simply signed the agreement and now are locked in to a one year agreement for an inadequate program.

In the beginning, Agent Matrix was good and agent-focused.

It lacks of some preset templates for agents / mangers / CSR based on most common configurations (best practices) with the option to add or remove permissions.

I can transfer info from my Applied Rater straight into Agency Matrix so  I have all the information transferred when I'm ready for it.

The new task system isn't as good as the prior version, the new notes updates now has extra required fields and extra steps.

I like how you have the ability to integrate the system with other systems we use day to day to help eliminate extra work and making things more streamline.

YOU CAN THEN SELECT AND COPY THE CLIENT'S EMAIL, PASTE IT IN THE SEND TO BOX, THEN DESELECT CC THE CLIENT, AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO.  

I think the quotes done on ITC should automatically transfer to the Matrix when quoted and marked under "Quote Received" or something showing the notes from ITC.

The fact that the email and custom letter features are not compatible with usual business systems like Outlook or Word makes it difficult.

I asked twice in two different ways for a call regarding the steps to upgrading to a higher tier and no one called or emailed me back. When I am putting in a new client, a popup will say "there may be another client in the system with this info" but it doesn't tell who it is.

The new product, while a bit pricey, it is more technologically advanced and comes with training and training videos.

I think it is the management system that will help us maintain & increase clients for our agency.

It can be very complex with the set up of the system and really getting familiar with all of the features offered on the site and to really get the most out of what's offered.

It is inexpensive and has some texting and email functionality.  

Random info comes over with no rhyme or reason.  

The most important feature that i enjoy from Agency bloc is the workflow feature that helps me to never miss a sales opportunity from my Medicare prospect list for people turning age 65.

I enjoy being able to run the commission report every month to see which policies we didn't have a payment on.

We want all of our agents to succeed so being able to have one centralized location of seeing their activity has been a great help.   

if your a busy agency owner it will be extremely tough to onboard.

I enjoyed having someone that we could reach out to personally and would take the time out of their day to help me with any questions, [sensitive content hidden] was a great onboarding instructor. If we couldn't figure out a solution she would find the answer and get back with me.  

I was able to use it immediately and the best part was that I had help from Agency Bloc to download my clientele.

Not being able to attach links to Workflows is a bit of a bummer.

I use that page to upload a lot of our agents leads on there.  

I have also requested that some changes in the Commissions Not Received Report would be helpful in following up and resolving those issues

Trying to learn how to create Workflows had a bit of a learning curve.

We would have to pay for another user account and we just feel like that expense isn't necessary.  

We like that we are able to make sure that we are compensated for all of our policies.

The Main Detail page houses all pertinent client info, and then the tabs at the top make it easy to move to Policies and Activities.

I personally feel that there are a few things that could be adjusted better to help us as an agency.  

We are very happy with the service and are always excited to learn about more features and improvements as it gets better every year.

I have had extensive conversations and had them walk me through how to create work flows, sales pipelines, and reporting.
