THE PERSONAL TRAINER ARE VERY NICE BUT THE DONT THAT MUCH OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SOFTWARE. I HAVE 23 DAYS WITH THIS SOFTWARE AND THE PROGRAM IS STILL NOT READY TO USE.

Having Agency Matrix as our agency management system for over 5 years has helped us manage things with ease. Out of all the software systems we have used prior to Agency Matrix, this is by far the easiest to use, best value, and the customer service if there is any issue, is always on top of things and resolutions are swift.

Not worth the problems

Nothing truly special about this software other than the lower priced entry point compared to other management systems and their mobile friendliness isn't very friendly since the software is cut off.  If money is not a major concern and you know you will be spending a good chunk of mooney on this type of system anyway, stay away from agency matrix

It does downloads and clock in/ clock out features. 

Functionality has always been good, since the buy out it has been horrible and I no longer want to use the software or the company. Currently looking for a new CRM just because the support level is zero.

Very difficult to leave as I made a transfer from another software to this one and do not want to go through that again.   With a few changes this could be a much better platform.

Great software to start your business. You can use it to manage client files and communications, as well as use it to track policies up for renewals, keep track of said policies, and easily create reports.

It has been great fun learning all the different functions of the software. We are not using but maybe 50% if that, of the capabilities but it is too consuming to take the time to learn things. We are busy.

Simple & easy to understand for beginners

The amount of money we pay monthly is appropriate to the overall experience we get with Agency Matrix. Their customer service is average, the quality of the application is average, and variety of different functions it serves is average. If you are looking to be AMAZED by an agency management system, then try something else. But, if you have some employees who cannot handle complex software and you have other supporting software for things like electronic signature requests, document generation like declarations and id cards, and file storage, then you will really like Agency Matrix's stripped-down approach to doing a good job of simply housing your clients profile information and policies at a really affordable price. 

You get what you pay for

I have been an agency matrix user for over 10 years . It has made being a virtual agency very simple , I would have never imagined this

Being able to travel and still take care of your clients because I have to software to access at all times is priceless . I love agency matrix

NON-Existent Customer Support, Impossible to Setup, Lost My existing Database and we are only able to leave a message for support

I have been using Agency Matrix maybe like the past 15 years or more, I was employed and that company was using this system, then I went to work for a different company, they were using a difficult software with many steps just to add a simple information , wasting your time when you need to do it in hurry, so I recommended to switch to Agency Matrix , the difference was big everybody was so happy with the change.
Then just recently I open my own business, I knew  what I needed to, I set it up right away .

Jenesis software is hard to beat at the price level

This is everything an agency could want in software.  If I had to create my own software, it would not be as comprehensive as JenesisNow.  This is hands down the most comprehensive program available for managing client and policy info...especially for our agency which writes a LOT of Lloyds.  This programs is intuitive and so easy to use.

I have worked in the Jenesis agency database for well over 10 years.  Their system is constantly being maintained and updated to users liking.

Very simply, we couldn't operate without a solid, dependable agency management system, and Jenesis meets our agency's needs completely.  Jenesis offers many functions that makes completing our daily tasks easier and more efficient.  We love the fact that we can email and text our customers from within the program.  And the many reports that are available allow us to easily track our production, receipts, and time management,   I would recommend Jenesiss to every agency that wants a superior system and doesn't want to pay too much.  

A valuable tool

I have used a total of 7 different agency management systems in the 15 years I have been in the insurance industry. Two of the largest known of those systems being AMS 360 and Applied EPIC. I wouldn't choose either over Jenesis.

Since everything is cloud based Agency is screwed 1:00 Pm Agency Matrix is down and a client needs a certificate. Called customer service before and they blame everything on Microsoft.

This entire experience has been awful. It took 2 months to even get a response from the transition team to import information.

We were told from another agency they only charged $500. I personally would spend the extra money and go to another platform.

Overall my experience has been great with the system.

That gave us two entire days with no access to our customer's Medicare numbers. It caused massive problems.

In the beginning they were very attentive to our needs and budget friendly. Throughout the years they have added more options to custom fit your needs.

There is no way to reconcile my agency sweep account. Setting up custom letters is very difficult.
