Been waiting nearly a year for "upgrade" web based version.

At first Pro's .. Started in 2007 with Deal Pack:  was not conversion friendly from most systems. But made it work with [sensitive content hidden].  

Unresponsive to any suggestions or input.

We used in an accounting and loan servicing only.

Collection and integrated accounting are very important to our business and Deal Pack does a good job in those areas

Deal Pack technical and customer phone support is on massive scale better then the most, if not best.

CONTROLLER

Id like it to be controlled so i can pull up a stock number and see what that customer has paid towards their sales tax.

Not able to open multiple screens/tabs containing different customer data when needed.

It takes a long time to make changes to the product and there are bugs in the programs when you correct a program another is affected.

The support is amazing, with the other software programs we have been with we have never had this kind of support before.

I think having all modules, even though they are not in the same screen, facilities the operation.

DP has a total lack of willingness to move or change the things that do not make sense or that make is time consuming to us

Deal Pack software is easy to use, easy to learn, has features for all aspects of the business, and the customer service is excellent.

You have to download software onto your computer to log in.  

It is very strong in loan servicing and collections.

So easier to deal and find things, not a lot of shortcuts to remember - if I want to take a payment - I just need to go to "payments", I saw a lot of softwires that u need to start memorize that F3 is payments or something alike :)

They will try to accommodate any request you make, are completely efficient, and always friendly.

Title Clerk

The forms are always ones that autofill the most information. When it is only a few lines that need filled it prints like normal.

COLLECTIONS 

Also when pulling up a co borrower it does not always pull them up so then you have to take extra steps to find the account.
