You wait for over 35 minutes on the phone for tech support then the machine comes on to leave a message to call us back.

Frazer runs a little slow at times and likes to give unspecified error messages. When setting up customers with accounts to view and pay their balance you cannot put a rule in if they have other receivables, recurring fees or repair balance so it makes it difficult when a customer is set up on a biweekly or monthly pay schedule.

Anytime any of our locations have an issue there is no hold time and staff is awesome!

There is only one service provider that Frazer is intergraded with to do send text messages to customers.

Customer service used to be second to none the best I’ve ever had from any company, they have been purchased by another company now this is hands down the worst customer service I’ve had with any dealer partner!!

Uploading forms and specifying which type of deals they need to be assigned to is very handy.

Very unsettling when a customer is sitting across the desk!

They used to have good tech support but now we are not getting any support and our website has not integrated properly since last week.

The request for tech support was done last week followed by text and email support this week and we are still waiting.

it creates a virtual machine with it's own file structure. While its faster than the old client-server system, its still frustratingly slow in comparison to fully web-based DMS solutions.

I also love the fact you can have the app and check what is in yout inventory from your phone.

It makes doing paper work take half of the time then it used to.

My experience with Frazier is highly recommended to any car dealer

Compared to other crm software Frazier is a complete breeze

It could take several minutes if I wanted to adjust a deal to a max amount to finance or a max payment for Frazer to calculate that out.

It makes canceling a VSC or GAP contract (flat cancellation -- not for repo or cust request) a breeze.

The ease of taking payments over the phone is what i like most

rather laborious and finicky installation process that would create all kinds of whacky folders. And the "hosted" part is no joke...

I have told mulitple dealers to get frazer and their add ons!

I have used Frazer at numerous dealerships I have been with.

I currently use Frazer software to desk and print car deals.

There are some areas where Frazer punches way above its weight and delivers unbelievable value for the price you pay.

The software is pretty straightforward and easy to understand, especially in the context of putting customer information in and printing out documents for a deal.

The hosting business is for the birds it needs to be web-based and responsive.

They are quick to answer questions, always has a solution, and will remotely take over the computer to assist in whichever issue we are experiencing.

My least favorite part is its pretty hard to use. Upon getting my free trial they just put the software on my computer and pretty much said go ahead, leaving me to learn the software myself.

that you dont call or answer the phone for a credit card dispute that you dont even have a contact with them but they can hold businessess money up for no reason the fact that i got customers on the phone and you hung up when they said frazer contacted them why are you calling my customers

Frazer has assisted us in staying in compliance with OOOC and allowing us to breeze through audits, which is awesome.

I am a huge fan of the reporting feature as well.

It also has wonderful integration partners so I can prepare documents and do our indirect lending and credit checks right through the software.

the ease of learning it plus the great tech support we have always received when purchasing a new computer or if we had a glitch Help Desk were always quick to resolve.

Difficult to delete vehicles taken in on trade

Some times it pop up a erro message, something it goes back to normal but some other time you have to reset your date base if you was working on the paper work you will lose everything

It would be easier if you just had an option to select individual and add information from that screen

They can customize about any report that you need

Uploading pics is a bit of a process on getting them for inventory

Total Satisfaction and the best service in the software business.

I have never in over 20 years encountered an issue with Frazer DMS software that couldn't be reconciled with a simple call to the help desk.

The lower case q and the lower case g are identical in frazer which causes confusion .

I would like to not add a new vendor for purchases from an individual.  

Length of time a vehicle is on the lot is easy to track with this software.
