Un experiencia positiva, es una herramienta tecnológica que facilita el interactuar con una banca móvil y realizar las consultas en cualquier lugar y a cualquier hora.
Un producto muy amigable y fácil de usar.El diseño de las opciones y pantallas permiten navegar fácilmente en ella y trabajar de manera dinámica.
No le veo problemas, desde que lo implemento ha facilitado realizar transacciones y consultas sin tener que desplazarme a una agencia.

for those responsible for its implementation, it's really simple to use and integrate with existing systems, which means your can roll it out quickly and maintain it easily. For the final user, it is intuitive and has all the features clients expect from their bank.
it is not necessarily a con; it's more like something to keep in mind. This is an out of the box product. You have to consider your level of alignment to their vision and model so you know what to expect from the product and product roadmap.

Con la solución de Bankingly estamos implementando la estrategia de autogestión de los clientes del banco para facilitarle el acceso a la información y transacciones de sus productos
La manera de habilitar la banca online y móvil es fácil ya que requiere parametrizacion y la integración con api ‘s, la disposición de las áreas de soporte para atender las inquietudes y solucionar los inconvenientes es buena y oportuna
Se han identificado que no se cuenta con algunas funcionalidades requeridas por tema de seguridad o del ente de control y que se deben realizar de otra manera

ha sido buena, la plataforma de documetnacion es bastante completa, el portal web es muy sencillo y amigable, finalmente tiene muchas funcionalidades parametrizables, por lo que nos implican mas integraciones que desarrollos.
Excelente atención a inquietudes que hemos escalado.
aveces toma un tiempo hacer el contacto para escalar una novedad, una ves se revisa la atencion es muy buena, solo creo que seria dieal poder tener un contacto mas rapido, hemos pasado reportando situaciones a traves de tkt por dos o tres dias hasta que acceden a una sesion conjunta.

El costo total de propiedad es una ventaja con esta solución que está en la nube.
Es muy fácil de usar. Cuenta con todas las funcionalidades que necesita una institución financiera y se mantiene actualizada. El soporte técnico y tiempo de respuesta es excelente. Costo accesible para muchos clientes con presupuesto limitado.
Todo lo que conozco de Bankingly al momento funciona a la perfección.
