The platform offers a mobile accessible application that enables beverage sales representatives to log account visits, record orders, manage customer relationships, and monitor progress toward distribution goals.

The platform provides comprehensive account visit logging functionality that allows sales representatives to document site visits, enter orders, and create new distribution accounts directly from mobile devices in under one minute. Visit entries can capture contact information, products sampled, point of sale tracking data, tasting event feedback, and follow up actions. Route planning features display manager assigned distribution targets on an interactive map and generate optimized directions based on current traffic conditions. Administrative controls support data import of existing distribution records or on the spot creation of new location data and enable data sharing across teams or segmented access among administrators, managers, and sales team leaders.

A live reporting interface delivers a performance dashboard, representative goal tracking, detailed sales tables, case equivalent summaries by product and SKU, trend charts for visits and orders, account visit logs, point of sale reports, tasting feedback reports, and exportable contact and visit data. Scheduled email reports provide regular updates on goals, orders completed, visits logged, and pending reminders. Reporting tools support flexible filtering by on premise and off premise accounts, distributor relationships, date ranges, and individual team member performance, as well as side by side comparisons of multiple brands.

The platform can be implemented within one week of initial data import to facilitate rapid adoption in the field. It offers an alternative to enterprise distribution software that often requires lengthy onboarding periods and significant configuration efforts.
