Booqable combines inventory management, online bookings, invoicing, and payments in a single system, which eliminates the need for multiple tools.

For example, the platform allows you to track real-time inventory availability, manage orders from booking to return, generate invoices and contracts, and even allow customers to book online 24/7.

It keeps my inventory, bookings, and payments organized, makes checkout easy for customers, and saves me so much time running my rental business.

For us (film school) it is not very practical (we have 2 staff members responsible for the equipment), and also, the option to bundle inventory items into kits (bundles) is not available, witch can be a very inefficient way to handle film equipment.

It would be beneficial if some of the lingo could be changed within the system: we do not have a brick and mortar for our business so we do all drop off and pick up of items and not being able to change the lingo can make it confusing to the customer.

I found Booqable and they had everything that I needed from booking calendars to allowing customers to purchase off of an online store where they had templates for websites ready to go.

what was great about it was i was able to do a 14 day trial, i was pretty much able do everything under the free trial, so it gave me time to learn the software and get use to it.

I wish we could send contracts that allowed countersigning as well as invoicing with payment all In one send-all to client.

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to choose something, it would be the limited customization options for the customer-facing booking page. While it's clean and functional, a bit more flexibility in design or branding would help make it feel more tailored to our business.

The pricing can also feel a bit high, especially for smaller businesses or those just starting out, as certain useful features are only available in higher-tier plans.

Their support with respect to any issues that have arisen was also top notch, and is a mix of immediate AI assistance, and a human touch following up swiftly after.
