As a new funeral planner, and new to the industry, I have found it to be an easy to learn system.

I like that we get frequent software upgrades so I know they are sharpening their product.

I like the company but I would like for them to improve more. If not there could be a possibility we may have to look for what we need elsewhere in the future.

Everything you need is available within just a few clicks of the mouse.

From onboarding to ongoing updates, they’ve walked alongside us every step of the way—always responsive, always helpful, and truly invested in our success.

No complaints here. Though sometimes, technical issues can take a while to resolve.
