The system is clunky, complex and unsuitable for many businesses, especially in the renewables sector, but instead of coming to mutual agreements where two companies aren't right for each other, they go straight to the debt collectors to enforce their contracts and go back on their agreements for settlements.

An unaffiliated third-party facebook group is their customer service operatives' suggestion for putting ideas, complaints and suggestions forward as they have no internal mechanism for this - they absolutely don't care what their customers think of them!

The time sheets have start and stop times but should maybe show the total tome for that period

We are a small company and Commusoft has allowed us the freedom add jobs and invoice on the go.

The only thing I can think of is the date is funky because these Brits format date/month/year & they spell labor incorrectly.

The system allows our engineers to have the Commusoft app on their phones to see their diaries and fill out job updates for the team in the office to have all in one place.

The system is easy to use, very reliable, and helps us stay organised from job booking through to invoicing.

it has so many capabilities that you choose to use or not, but implementing down the road as you learn and grow with the software is fantastic.

Also exciting as they are always striving to improve the software with new features and updates so its actually nice to be part of their journey too.

The fact the app is totally different from the desktop and you can't do on site quotes.

I love that this JMS is streamlined for planned and reactive maintenance companies like ourselves, particularly working in conjunction with estate agents.

The occasional change of lay out can sometimes cause confusion

I paid £1000 for 5 training sessions that were horrendous.

We can then send out job reports and invoices from the Commusoft system straight to clients.

Overall, we are very happy with Commusoft and it has enabled the company to be more efficient.

You cant see feedback on the diary when you hover over each job,  you have to type in every job number into another tab as when you click view job from the diary you loose your dairy day so have to keep going  clicking back to the diary, please let us see feedback from the diary when you hover over the event.

The diary and maps, work address feature are my favourite features.

Can be very complicated to initially set up.

Some options are rigid and it would be good if I could turn certain things on and off for individual customers.

This is one of my biggest hates about commusoft, when you open the side bar eg view diary event from the job page, if you want to close that side panel this comes up, and you have to click this to close it, really hate this.

Its very quick in updating at real time and is very user friendly

Yes No, it would be so much better it you could just click off it like you can when you open a service cert, you can view it then click the main page and it just closes (emails do it as well, really annoying)
