Commusoft lets users store and manage customer contacts, including their assets details such as make, model, serial number, and more. Users can set up automatic reminder emails, SMS messages, and letters to be sent whenever a service is due. Track work orders that have been completed and easily keep customers up to date. Quotations can be created and sent to clients, detailing the work that needs to be done along with costs, required spare parts and a final price.

Users are able to manage all types of work orders, large or small, as well as track all technicians visits along with job status, parts used, and any remedial work required. Technicians can efficiently access all information while on the go or on site via their mobile or tablet. Scheduling features include a drag and drop schedules for efficient rearranging, whenever necessary.
