Coreworx is a poor example of EDMS

At least the documents are there and revision controlled. The ability to have internet facing access is also good.

The clunky user interface. The lack of full-text search of all documents The requirements to manually enter metadata that should be read from document contents The markup capabilities are horrible.

Coreworx seems to add more difficulties to my job than providing benefits to make my job easier.

This software is best suited as a Material Management System for robust projects.

It is difficult to review submittals and try to find a status update for submittals
