As square footage is the second highest driver of a home's value (after geographic location), CubiCasa’s capture technology is designed to minimize inconsistencies and variations in the property data and inspection process.
The incredibly fast and easy-to-use floor plan app can be used without prior training by anyone with a smartphone. is available on the App Store and Google Play Store and has been used in 172 countries.
Once upon a time, floor plans were once considered a luxury item that are reserved for higher end home listings only. But a good floor plan gives home buyers all the information they need to make the next decision without searching anywhere else.
Today, we are delighted to service the biggest appraisal management companies (AMCs) and real estate photography companies in the world. We also offer free floor plan scanning in the United States.
The free scans available in the US have upgrade options including fixed furniture and feature add-ons, American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-aligned GLA outputs, and an expedited six-hour delivery.
