ePestreports is a complete digital solution for the increasingly important function of providing reports for commercial pest control services conducted.

The cafe will still require basics such as - activity levels, what was conducted on site, recommendations, details of chemicals used on site including where, dilution rates,batch numbers etc.

You can also provide photos at any level of reporting.

Technicians access customer details while on the road via the app and also have access to site contact, phone number, email address, previous service reports, notes from last service and also any site instructions. Even technicians who are new to a site will have access to all information required to enable them to enter a site a conduct a service.

The app has been designed to make the reporting function quick and simple so as to improve technician efficiency and productivity. A standard report will take around 90 seconds to complete, gain a customer signature, add photos and submit.

A large site with 200 stations will take less than 10 minutes to complete the report and include all individual station activity data via our unique 'tap and swipe method'.

You can also offer bar code scanning of stations if you wish.

All reports are available to customers/auditors etc via the CUSTOMER PORTAL as well as all compliance documents (SDS, licences, insurances etc) and any site specific documents (site plans, Service Agreements etc)
