Part of this is because my hospital never provided any sort of training or standardized sop for use -there may be more efficient ways to use- but if you are a relief person or new user trying to navigate it without any instruction or I guess if it hasn't been customized for the practice flow, it is a nightmare.

My hospital also has an excessive list of bloodwork options, most of which are rarely used, making it EXTREMELY cumbersome to find the right labwork for a patient at a reasonable price.

No, but it definitely makes us more efficient & we are better set up to capture charges accurately by creating templates for all of our therapeutics, procedures & surgeries.

It is hard to scroll through a patient's record if you are not on the right tabs.

With the payment feature, if you make a mistake, it is a lot of steps to disable the payment, remove it, and do it over again.

It is not written logically, has many bizarre menus that don’t connect properly, does not lead to obvious logical next steps, and it does not flow.

Its wasting our valuable time when they change things that dont need changed.

Cloud based, flow follows the patient, seamless with lots of integrations.

I can type records in record time using the templates and editing them, creating my own shortcuts and discharges that edit based on patient gender.

It used to be very user friendly everything that stayed the same from the previous software is wonderful

ezyVet also works very well with VetRadar, which we use for both our hospitalized and surgery patients.  

You can't read it on the screen and if it is printed, it is completely illegible.

I love the ease of access to the information and how each thing is bundled into categories.

Some reports need to be able to be run for more than one item at a time.

I like that I can send call backs and memos to my whole staff too.

We integrate anything we can into Ezyvet.

Fairly intuitive, however quickly scanning through records can be a bit cumbersome.

There are times where we have to search for things and communications that are important.

I enrolled in EzyVet in 2019 when I started my practice from scratch.  

templates are difficult to learn- poor dental charting capacity - it's there but have to click on each tooth- doesn't integrate with 3rd party Vetcheck which is my biggest need.

I also like how each setting can be personalized to how the individual user prefers it.

Scedulining is great but so is tracking product usage.

Examples are notes, communications, memos, and other.

I don't necessarily like all the frequent updates, but they are not terrible.
