The reporting is terrible, the customer support is terrible, and it doesn't integrate with Quickbooks. You can't talk to anybody.

My only complaint is that is it is quite expensive, more expensive then other softwares.

No QuickBooks syncing and price set up for appointments can be a little odd when giving discounts.

My one real complaint is that they list the monthly cost in my currency (canadian) so I assumed they would charge me the conversion they showed there.

We are having less no shows due to the reminders and being able to send messages through the system. So far it has been good for the price.
