Pros

My experience has been great I purchased this when I first started my business and it’s been my best investment.
I love how easy this product is to use and the amazing customer service that is given. Any question that I have is easily answered by their team.
Minimal learning curve, powerful, off site storage of customers, awesome integration, works flawlessly on multiple platforms, easy to train users, great reports.

Pros

The staff is amazing any issues they will gladly help and get it resolved as fast as possible. They are very friendly and wonderful people to deal with.
CSR is fantastic and wonderful at providing fast answers to all of my questions and provides an email review so I can circle back and review in the future.
Software and customer service (IT) are amazing they have helped me out with different challenges and they have thought of everything.

Cons

The only one problem that I have encountered, has been the condition where weather, or telecommunications failure has not allowed me to contact the main software server directly.
I paid in full for this software and after using it for 6 months it’s really just garbage. I was told there is no refund of unused months available.
That your limited on the mobile app from the desktop version.

Cons

Integrations was difficult due to our former software being unable to provide us the required information.
My only regret was waiting so long before actually switching over.
I took my wife out to a job, showed her how to use it and she was barcode scanning in just a minute. My other software was hard to teach techs how to use and cumbersome to carry.
