User-friendly and constant updates are just a will-made app for the phone and great software for the desktop.

They are adding new features but never solving problems on the core function of the software.

There are several small issues that on their own are not a big deal but they are never solved, so they have stacked up.

So, I have to go back to old notes to copy any past over and over.

I am able to sync GorillaDesk with quickbooks online and my bank account so it all works together very nice.

Now they tell me that the problems can not be reproduced on their end.

The best short statement I can make to describe my impression with GorillaDesk at this point, would be to say that all of the other competing software packages I've used before seem to be designed around what works for the software company, whereas GorillaDesk is designed with what makes sense for the end user in mind, and what is convenient for them, whether technicians, managers, sales, or dispatch.

Sometimes you run into a situation where what you used, or where you used it, or how you used it, aren't easily described by the choices available, although I am aware you can customize them from the desktop, but some of the more obscure ones you wont realize until they are encountered.

Even when my online help got sick and was unable to be available for the appointment, the lady that  answered the phone was able to step right in on a moments notice.

Ease of use; ability to bar code items to keep track of items;  the ability to collect & utilize data, as well as keeping track of technicians on the job.  

It's easy to use, operates smoothly, any tune I have a questions support is fast to respond.

The few small problems that I’ve had have been corrected quickly.

Only thing I can say as of know is the mobile app.

Excellent help, training and tips integrated into the software and someone has been available immediately when I've needed more specific help.

I love the fact that my customers know when I'm on my way to their pool, they know when I leave, they know what services I performed while I was there, and not only do they get a text when I finish, but they also get an e-mail containing a detailed report along with photos of their sparling clean pool!

The workflow improvements have been great - LOVE the new Jobs tab that allows you to see the entire job from Quote - to Approved Quote - to Work Orders (Completed Work Orders/Total Work Orders) - to Invoicing.

I can see where my customers stand from several places on the desktop and on the mobile app. Plus, there are lots of tutorial videos that help shorten the learning curve.  

I’ve used the platform for over four years now, one of my favorite features would have to be the versatility in the field with the admin capabilities, creating work orders adding new customers.
