What is GreaseBook?

Greasebook is a cloud-based oil and gas reporting system which assists small to medium sized operators with data collection, collaboration and review. Its key features include inventory management, maintenance scheduling, resource management and equipment management.

The application comes with a module which enables teams to collect production updates from multiple wells and facilities. The collaboration tool allows field service professionals to share reports in real-time. Managers can streamline operations, access gauge sheets and create production reports.

Greasebook includes a repository which stores relevant content such as well history and ticket images. It lets supervisors compare a month’s worth of oil sales tickets with purchaser statements and payments received. Operations managers can use Greasebook to monitor occurrences of issues such as skimmed oil or incompetence in the oil field in order to maintain production standards.
