What is PackageLog?
PackageLog is a cloud-based package logging software which enables businesses and apartment buildings to log inbound packages and deliver automated notifications by text and email. The solution works on all web-enabled devices, and allows users to automate reminders for uncollected packages.
With PackageLog, users can manage contact details and locations for all package recipients to enable the automatic delivery of notifications. Recipients can control their personal preferences, and determine whether they want to receive notification and reminders by SMS or email. Users can also create notification templates, and add in delays to provide time for organization in between packages arriving and recipients being notified.
PackageLog can also be used to share company/building announcements with all recipients in the database, and manage return-to-sender packages. Recipients can control their delivery pin, hold times for if they are away, and view their package histories. Native apps for iOS and Android also provide users with access to PackageLog from anywhere.
