Overall I and the team are very impressed with Merlin. We use it for so much more than just day-to-day workflow. Inventory management, client communications, insurance claims, the ability to easily attach documents including X-ray images is superb.Reporting is easy once you know how- can take a little getting used to, but is superb.
Merlin offers and easy-to-use and navigate platform for the efficient running of our busy new start practice. Automatic ordering based on inventory management pre-sets is great and saves lots of nurse time. We love the ability to email and text clients straight from the file. the ability to see the patient';s entire history, rather than one consult/work entry at a time is so much better than other systems I have used elsewhere.
The licensing method, with limited users can be a workflow limitation.

Customer support excellent always available (and can access the system remotely) for any issues. Umbrella package - PMS, Wholesaler, Buying Group.
No major issues. Perhaps slightly pricier than other providers but the software is second to none.
