It incorporates all invoices,  bookings, pets notes, expenses all in one.

The software is really good and can find yourself adding more and more to it.

Cost - it has more than paid for itself in the hours saved in admin time, and the collection of missed payments in the past manual process.

For example, if on November 1st I am already booked solid for Christmas I can not turn off requests for the Christmas date, I have to shut down all visits from November 1st through December 25th.

Nothing that I can think of so far, there's a lot of features that need getting used to but the help is there so nothing really.

The appearance/UI is not as modern as some apps, and it takes a while to get used to the navigation. But, the functionality is so comprehensive - they have thought of almost everything!

Because it's so customisable, I can see there being quite a steep learning curve for complex businesses or for people with limited experience of software or computers etc.
