The issue is that the order may still be in production and must be reopened. While this is a small step, it's doubling the manual actions needed to complete the order.

The supports does needs to understand that not all problems are black and white  - Better integration with Decoration

Even though you can "test", the issues did not show themselves until we jumped into using the software.
