What I liked least about PrinterLogic is that its scanning features and Azure integration are still in development or beta status.

It's also nice that the users can only install the printers they are going to use and not have to sort through a list of printers that have been automatically installed that they will never use.

Also allowing users to manage their own printers without administrator access required has cut down on Help Desk labor.

We also setup email alerts for things like low toner and paper jams which is nice, but there is a but...see the "dislike for a short explanation (TLDR: too many emails)
